There's no "main heroine" for LB, you can argue that was Rin, but the main story is about Riki.

Riki and Rin ended up together, most key animes had an male mc. Clannad too with tomoya.

But she's not the main heroine, Riki is. Refrain is the true route of LB, not Rin's. Hence the joke.

So i think it was just pushed there to make a scene.
Also Riki having more exp than others was because little busters was the only Hentai like VN they made but almost negligible since everything was a fever dream.
I can also argue that Rewrite MC Kotarou had a lot of exp since if you played harvest festa or Akane route. It was shown there, though no scenes or pic, just the outcome of said actions.
